I was hesitant to continue Turbo Tax this year. However I just went through it and it was the easiest year so far to complete and I am very satisfied with this experience.

I was charged 3 times. once for state return, once for federal return and another fee for direct deposit which was never done before and im not happy with this. so instead of paying $79.99 I was charged $117.00. Totally unfair business practices. I dont think ill use your product again,
