Rated 2 out of 5 by from 2020 return the system is great to use year after year for my simple taxes. This year however I had a minor issue that seemed to affect my refund a great amount. I upgraded in order to speak with an expert. Said tax expert did not seem to help me solve my issue at all opr was unable to assist me other than stating that the system would automatically fill out a seperate form for me. not too thrilled on the updated version and will no longer look to turbo tax for anything other than very simple returns.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Don't use if you decided to start investing I was unaware that turbotax charged $90 to file taxes if you have opened a brokerage account. Ive used Turbotax for many years because of the ease of use and no unnecessary charges. Next year I will be switching to a new platform or just paying for them to be filed for me. It cost me almost $200 in fees to file when it was all said and done.
