Rated 3 out of 5 by from It was fine but I feel kinda scammed The way the site is set up, it is easy to do your own taxes, however I pay a professional significantly less to do what I'm doing myself. I don't appreciate being charged an extra $39 just because I chose to pay to file out of my federal return. What sense does that make. I remember when these services were much more affordable, especially since I'm the one doing most of the work. I believe next year I'll save some time and money and go to a professional who isn't trying to scam me out of the little return that I barely get now.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax Makes It Easy I have filed with TurboTax for the last 6 years, even while self-employed. The system is intuitive, the help menus are VERY helpful, and I was able to work through an issue with an agent by chat in less than 3 minutes. I will continue using Turbo Tax in the future and highly recommend the product platform!
