Rated 3 out of 5 by from mixed feelings I spoke with probably 5 experts... took the 5th to catch a very expensive (9K) mistake. on one hand I'm mad the first 4 didn't catch it but stoked the 5th one did

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fast Easy and Customer Service was Amazing I started my Taxes in the middle of the night got through most of it with no issues then i messed something up. So I stopped and went to bed. When I woke up I was able to jump back on right where i left off and of course it was still giving me an issue so I was asked to talk to a rep which i accepted and the rep was fast like the Flash and boom 5 min later I was done. It was awesome

Rated 3 out of 5 by from THIS YEAR very difficult due to changes in the app The new method of capturing 1099 is no good - lots of errors. In general, the process in this year's TurboTax is way more complicated and confusing than any of my previous experioences

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent in every way This is the only way I do my taxes. I have used Turbo Tax for years. PayPal even offered me $10.00 to pay using PayPal which I did. My returns are always accurate and filed immediately after completion. Refund us usually in my account in 2-3weeks. I will continue to use TurboTax.
