Rated 5 out of 5 by from Simple and thorough tax online filing I really like TurboTax asks all questions for the tax return, and it makes it very fast and simple to file it! All the information are helpful, but only thing I wish to be improved is Box 14 which might be good if there's little more description there.

I went into tech support, a wonderful lady named Nancy ACTUALLY called me back, b4 the time frame given, walked me threw every single step and in the end, she got my taxes e-filed!! Saved me so much time and hassle!! Miss Nancy,u really are the best!! U were so friendly and patient and u really know what ur doing and how to do ur job....thank u for being so kind and a very genuinely nice person
