I didn't feel unsure about any of it any step of the way. You are constantly reassured that you are doing a good job and that you are getting every credit or deduction possible. It beats waiting for an appointment with your accountant.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from User Friendly My experience was less stressful; Turbotax provides live help, you can also get your taxes checked for errors. Turbotax catches the errors on your information if there is a mistake; this helps with being accurate on filling your taxes on your own.
