Turbo Tax is helpfulI've actually had a very not so good time, I was continually rejected, didn't know where my status was, I was charged for a plan that I didn't need but had too because I had one information that needed the upgrade, which I didn't, so I paid for a package I didn't need, but the customer service that was including was very helpful.
