Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is not as easy to use as in the past! 1. Starting the tax input process is more difficult---I type in my own info rather than have Turbo Tax locate and enter it. It's more difficult to get to that page. 2. Turbo Tax asks for ID (driver's license or state ID) rather than Identity Protection Pin. I submitted our driver's license numbers and dates, but then my e-file taxes were rejected twice because I didn't include the right Identity Protection Pins. Still working on that a 3rd time! If a pin is required Turbo Tax should have that as a choice in the ID section. 3. Tying in Credit Karma prevents the e-file process from operating smoothly. Just stick to taxes! 4. Turbo Tax is not as easy to use at it's always been!
