Rated 2 out of 5 by from upset was told it was free was charged 120 $ afterr 3 times saying i didnt wanrt to pay for an upgrade. felt forced into it and was told deluxe was 59$ then was charged 118$

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax is convenient it's easy to use, just follow all the steps. If the price can be more affordable will be perfect. Also when i use chrome browser to open it, i got stuck at last step. I change to another browser, it works.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very Intuitive! Very Easy to click and follow instructions. This was the first year I filed without my dad over my shoulder. (just had him on the phone a couple of times.) I found it very intuitive to follow the prompts, and I loved being able to scan/download forms into it instead of typing everything. I did have one issue with one of the forms scanning wrong, but I was able to connect with the TuboTax help line and was walked through how to resolve my technical issue so I was then able to file.
