Rated 2 out of 5 by from Turbo tax program is troublesome. This is my 8th year use Turbo. This is the 1st bad experience with Turbo tax. It took me hours to figure out problem, and I ever asked for help. The end result is clear/re-do.

Having both a full-time job and an insurance side hustle with a home office for my husband can make our taxes a little more complicated. Using TurboTax made it not so complicated and I felt confident that we received all the tax breaks we could! Thank you, TurboTax!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Turbotax seemed more cumbersome Meh....I have been using Turbotax for the past 8 years. This year was the most frustrating of all the years. It's easy and user friendly for the most part, but this year, I feel like I had to back track several times to enter information that used to be asked. And, I had a small error on one of the schedule C forms and it wouldn't let me go to the page to fix the error. Just seemed clunky this year. I will look at another product next year.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Hate It Every time I go to file my taxes I am told I will be able to do so for free. Then, just as I am wrapping up, I am hit with a fee. TurboTax also attempted to charge me with a 40 dollar fee just to pay out of my federal return.
