Rated 1 out of 5 by from Thumbs down Overall, i came to many pages that were trying to lead me into paying for services i do not need. the pages were confusing and showed no obvious link to bypass the pay for features screen. Eventually when i did make it by, turbotax still prompted me to pay 119$ for special tax situations. i am very unhappy with turbo tax. the costs keep going up whne ithought it was supposed to be free to file your taxes? i am no longer using turbo tax after this year i will take my tax returns somewhere else

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo tax is good but not great Turbo tax need to improve filing Federal form 2210 and California state form 5805 for customers. The customer service is good, not great, some of them promise but does not do anything. Cost is little high.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Disappointed I was using "online" Deluxe Turbo Tax. Deluxe would not allow me to "manually" enter " my K-1 information without upgrading to Premium. My sister used the desktop Deluxe (purchased from Costco) and was able to enter the K-1 information. It was a significantly costly upgrade/ripoff just to manually enter the very limited information from the K-1 form. I'll purchase the desktop Turbo next year!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from This will be last time I use turbo tax My e-file has been reject twice. And I OWE taxes. First my PIN was not listed, even though I checked a box early on saying I had a PIN issued. Our filing was rejected for lack of PIN. So I entered PIN. Then it was rejected again missing AGI from last year for both my wife and I - like they were separate filings. Not intuitive on how to edit or correct listing previous year AGI. Extremely frustrating.
