Rated 2 out of 5 by from Somewhat disappointed Everything was as good as usual. I had received an email offer for 20% off. When I clicked through the email, it failed to give me 20% off. When I contacted support, the woman who called me back was friendly and appeared to be able to issue a refund and a new code to get the discount. I completed the request as she requested but the request was rejected. Very disappointed about the costs and discounts. Don't offer it if you're not going to honor it.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from More and more frustrating I am not happy with how the program has changed. I could not get good information online and will seriously consider another product next year. The only good thing was the live operator who called me (Kari) and walked me through the last few obstacles. She was great!!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from I am leaving turbo tax Your hidden processing fee $40 is sneaky and unnecessary. You charge for Mass return and Ct is supposedly free, but you charge an additional fee to e file CT and Mass. Goodbye and good riddance.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from My Returns were rejected 3 times My returns were rejected 3 times. I spoke with 3 different representatives on how to fix the issue. The last representative I was on the phone with for over an hour. I how to download the desktop version and submit my taxes again, but they were rejected again. Only this time did I receive the correct information to resolve the issue. Don't think I will be using TurboTax next year.
