Tech support number sent me to the website support page and they sent me to the phone number. Very frustrating and time consuming. We finally figured out a go around. Once the program was downloaded it was easy to use and quick.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from TurboTax needs to go back to easier better UX, UI The software is not the simple, easy to navigate software it was 3-4-5+ years ago. Too much clicking; one category was repetitive in both income and deduction...so don't show it to me as an option if the entry was done, There should be a done and revisit/edit option once a section had entries in it. Then, there was the software glitch that cost me HOURS and finally a call. The tech, Alexis, saw the proper enteries on the Tax backend worksheets then "fixed" it on the actual 1040 forms. My State showed all entries correctly. On the plus side, the notes, explanations and help worked well.
