Rated 3 out of 5 by from good not great nice flow, I still don't understand why sometimes you have help and hints while other pages there is no information what's so ever. Also relax with the constant upsell. Let me do my taxes and stay out of my way.

I will be asking for a refund but I only wanted the delux option but couldn't figure out how to get back. it was very confusing. please make it easier when in the pay area to be able to update filing options.
