Rated 4 out of 5 by from late on completion of calculation of QCD Same as every year, except for late providing calculation of Qualified Charitable Distribution. This caused my tax filing to be later than usual so I will need to wait lo anger for my money.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from CD version is better, but online works Already had my data entered until an update on March 9, 2022 killed my offline version. Had to start from scratch and it took four times as long to complete. Relatively easy to enter most data but some required a bit of work, having to individually calculate certain numbers while the offline version did the required calculations for me. May try next year's offline version though and hopefully it will be significantly more stable than this year's train wreck. Customer support was adequate once you navigated the cumbersome automated menu but had to be escalated to a supervisor before my concerns were satisfied.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is overpriced. Reluctantly used Turbo Tax again this year. The software is limited. For example, it will not provide a form 8606 for non-deductible IRAs. Further, it alerts for PDFs required for state returns, but does not provide a means of uploading a document. Researching issues is complicated. My objection is not about the limitations. Rather, it is the product price given the limitations.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from 2022 taxes the program is easy to use. problem is, that i could not import any file with last years info. been using turbo tax for years and never had this issue. waste a lot of time typing in all the info from last years return because of a program issue.
