Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax fees There needs to be a clearer explanation of fees to use Turbo Tax. I wanted to use pay with my refund but I received an error message stating that I didn't meet the requirements. There was no explanation about there being extra fees on top of the Turbo Tax fee. When I went to pay with my card, it did not state the amount it was going to charge my card until after I hit pay. I was on the phone with a representative at the time so she explained but it should be clearly laid out on the screen.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent tool for the tax paying citizen It is quick, efficient, can be done from your home and doesn't cost you an arm and a leg. I like the freedom it gives that I can do it myself. I like the security that it will be done right with little issue from the IRS.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Unsure if this was the right choice Paid $118 to file taxes. Initially rejected. Tried to submit again on Tax Day. I'm not sure what the consequence of that is - is it considered late if I get rejected? No real guidance from TurboTax on this
