Rated 1 out of 5 by from Unreliable My Arkansas return was rejected because Turbo Tax did not attach the state return for New York which was needed to support a state tax credit which was claimed. Since I had already paid. Turbo Tax did not appear to offer the ability to attach the New York return and efile. I was forced to file by mail to Arkansas even though I paid to efile.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is very good I contacted TT for help. A lady called and spent the necessary time to finish the return and get it filed. She went over everything carefully and judiciously. I was very thankful for spending the time to get this finished. Thank You Turbo Tax.
