Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Service! I had a very complicated tax year. I was let down by an in person professional who never filed my taxes, so I was in quite a bind. Thankfully, this service exists, and I was still able to file with a seasoned professional in a little less than a week. I had literally no stress and I feel I got the maximum refund. What I saved in stress alone is worth the cost.

She answered my questions promptly and kept me updated throughout. She was able to help me input all my K1s and process carry overs from previous years. I would definitely recommend her!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Needs to have section for foreign pensions I could not complete the return without live help. even the tax expert had problems getting the system to accept my foreign pension. In the end we had to describe the pension as Household Income which is incorrect.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from LAST YEAR I WILL EVER USE TURBO TAX When I first started using Turbo Tax, it was the greatest thing ever. But each year, I've had a little less confidence, less info was provided, the whole thing just left me feeling so uncomfortable. I felt stuck and continued, but plan to file appeals with the state and federal govt. I felt there wasnt places to put my State Deductions and try as I might, I was unable to find and double check it. I'm feeling cheated and appalled that so many disclosures were provided AFTER i paid, and then al kinds of merry little, sorry, no refund popped up so i continued to file my taxes. But what a scam. And i used to be a huge supporter but i have zero confidence in the correct nature of my taxed this year and feel scammed by Tax. Really a poor experience. Lol, not feeling like a long time customer at all, more like someone who just got fleeced and all my info is going to be stolen and sold. Would it have been that hard to continue in the same supportive way Turbo Tax used to be? Just a really creepy experience. No customer service to assist. Feeling used.

Thankfully, this service exists, and I was still able to file with a seasoned professional in a little less than a week. I had literally no stress and I feel I got the maximum refund. What I saved in stress alone is worth the cost.
