I feel at ease knowing I am filing correctly and have people there helping me along the way. I love using Turbo and would never go back anywhere else.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from turbo tax employees was some complications but the second guy that helped me was awsome and did a amazing job on helping me the first guy i had said he was going to help then straight hung the phone up on me and never gave me a call back and that made me really upset with the man.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Previous info not transfered into forms Many of the previous returns' info was not brought into this years forms. We have been using Quicken/Turbo Tax for over 20 yrs and the online version for 4-5. With the "new tax codes", this should have been easier. I am not sure I will use this online version again, it was buggy, it said it had my wife's W2 info, it needed the wages on line 1, then it never added anything. I manually put all the info in. Then it never asked for my income, my SSA 1099. I had to go back and add it in after the audit check showed no income from me. I have been getting SSA 1099 disability since 1999,and it was automatically input the last 4-5 years until this year. It's bad enough our income went up 10k last year and our taxes doubled, yes, with the same deductions, thanks to the new easier middle class tax deductions not even TurboTax can figure out the correct questions to ask us to help get through the maze. I hope you all manage to get through this at Intuit, Quicken, TurboTax, you have been and are great company to work with. Thank you for trying to make our lives a little easier, my frustrations aside ,you still are better than my old brain, a calculator and a pencil. :)
