Rated 4 out of 5 by from PDGS (Pretty Darn Good Software) Although I missed seeing how to change my address, one of your experts helped me find it and went over the return for me while I was online. TurboTax got me a LOT more of a return than I would have received if I had filed on my own. Only 4 stars because of the redundancy of checking, rechecking, rechecking again.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from 2022 Tax Experience I like that the 2022 Turbo Tax system is so much easier to follow!!. Not sure why we need to keep track of the medical mileage by month?? Do we an extra bonus for providing that info??

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Wasted Ridiculous Amount of Time - Not Intuitive! Should have option to proceed forward, if already know standard deduction or itemized, without answering multiple questions. The interface to review investment transactions is very very poor to navigate through; window too small, keep going back to first page after reviewing each transaction, not easy to navigate through pages. Could not interpret files from crypto exchange, even after following instructions to a T. This is the whole reason for using the software, but it just ended up creating more work for me.
