Rated 3 out of 5 by from USING TURBOTAX SINCE 1990 I have been using the service it was on 3.5" hard discs. I liked it much better when you had the program on your computer and could save all the forms with the tax files. There also was a goto button to go to any form or supporting schedule. You didn't have to scroll through hundreds of pages to see what you wanted. it was just so much more user friendly instead of a screen character saying we've got this.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Finally -- improvements Not sure what happened but TurboTax's simplicity and guidance were better this year than ever before. This is the first real improvement I've seen and I've been using the service since 2008 (maybe earlier?).
