Rated 5 out of 5 by from My assistant was amazing. My turbo tax assistant was more then amazing. I felt like i wasted her time asking silly questions bc this is the first year I’ve ever filed on my own without hrblock and she was more then helpful and amazing! I recommend her to anyone!!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Fees You nickel & dime people to death. I went for the basic service. Then all of a sudden there’s a fee to file both state & federal. What else would you do? Then another fee for something that should be part of the original premium. This is the last year guys. H&at Block does it all for free.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very Easy to Use and Peace of Mind I have used TT for several years and while my taxes are fairly simple I do feel very confident in both the program and the extra services that I pay for. My young adult children use it as well. I do feel like it got a little more complex this year and I am not sure why the changes were made.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Turbo tax is reasonably user friendly Program freezes often. Has issues starting and i'ts difficult to transmit return electronically. It keep requesting to update before submitting return.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I've happily used Turbotax for years but... I've successfully used Turbotax for years as we have relatively simple returns. I thought I had to enter a 1099-K form (nominal income) and so upgraded from Deluxe to Premium, only to find out from the help section that the 1099-K amount didn't meet the income threshold. The only option to revert back to Deluxe is to Clear and Start Over. There has to be a better solution.
