Rated 3 out of 5 by from Looking for a better option next year I enjoy using TurboTax and find it very intuitive, helpful, and user-friendly. I do not enjoy getting to the end of my taxes and paying double the fees I thought I'd signed up for. A $39 fee to take the money out of my federal return before I ever even see it seems pretty steep.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Don't fall for Turbo Tax Live We decided to upgrade to Turbo Tax Live, which was a huge disappointment (and added expense). The answers were choppy, non-direct — just an overall "non-expert" feel. I felt like I was talking to a standard customer service rep (that is free anywhere else).
