I've been using Turbo Tax since I was in my 20's, I'm in my 40's now and I have never had to work with a MAX Pro (customer service rep who logs into your computer and guides you through fixing your mistakes) to file my taxes. I am very grateful for the help, but it took me four times to fix, so maybe that's why the turbo tax fee went from $174 to $247... granted I filed on the 27th of Feb to get the $30 discount... either way I'm glad my taxes are done.
