Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great product, most of the time Ordered a download accidentally. Thought I was getting a disc. What a pain in the butt! Will never buy a download again. Took me hours to get it loaded and then it asked for a license code that was not supplied. Will buy the disc next year from a retailer, not attempt to buy on line.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tx is Reliable and Accurate I've used Turbo Tax for several years. One thing I would change is to make the default directory in a cloud-based location, e.g., One Drive, Dropbox, or Google Drive.

I've used Turbo Tax for at least 15 years, and I've never had an issue. E Filing is quick, secure, and easy, and returns are normally received within a week or so. Highly recommend!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Form 1116 & Schedule B I have been using TT Premier since 2008. The giant snafu with the Foreign Tax Credit forms for 2021 was inexcusable. The "information" that the online "Employee Tax Experts" were providing was vague and contradictory. Clear information for the On-line versions (Windows & Mac) and the downloaded versions (Windows & Mac) was not given. This only added to the confusion since some versions were working and some were not. I have spent way too many hours following the messages at https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/tax-credits-deductions/discussion/re-2021-form-1116-schedule-b-carryovers-can-t-efile/. I just submitted our tax return and I pray to God that I don't have any problems since no one at TT seems to have the actual answers to the problems that continue to occur for some filers. I hope TT analyzes this 2021 disaster and develops a plan to avoid a similar situation in the future. TT can definitely do better than this.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A very helpful tax return platform I normally don't need to utilize any higher or detailed tax forms. I had a few changes in my life that I believe required some attention. In a very convenient way the platform allows the user to review other options and transition into it. This year I upgraded to a different version and it was great to see the tax experts, have transparent tax returns and exchanges, and continually receive updates.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Expensive but Good Service The full service option of TurboTax was more expensive than I though it would be in the end. I am still glad I did it as the rates for full tax services with CPA accountants in my area is even more expensive. This service is pretty straight forward, and the service agents are nice and helpful.
