Rated 2 out of 5 by from Good enough program for a terrible process It functions. Your taxes will get done and submitted. Will it try to upsell you on some new extra-super-premium service every 3 pages? Absolutely. Does it make things clear and easy to handle? Kind of, sometimes, but mostly if you give them more money for the extra premium stuff. Even then, however, nothing about this process is fun, intuitive, or smooth. Apparently Intuit plays no small role in this process being required, too, so there's that.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from it can really help but its still hard to use I have used turbo tax for years with great satisfaction but I have found this year to be the most difficult to understand. they have changed the format and I found it difficult to navigate through the forms this year versus years previously. I also found that it was hard to go back as the information gets buried and it's hard to go and check it. Anyway still great product I wish it was easier to use this year. I wish that it was better set up for small businesses. I had so many more questions this year.
