Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very happy with Turbo Tax i have used turo tax for the last several years and like the system. Did have a problem this year. For some reason I worked on my return and needed to save it and finish it at a later date. When I returned to finish it, I could not find it. Also another return was lost too! I had to reenter all my info for this year. I don't know if it was the programs fault or if the computer had the problem. I checked and everything else on the computer was still there except for the 2020 returns and the one that I was working on.

(1) 2020 AGI transferred to 2021 TT (under FILE/File a Return) did not match 2020 AGI 1040 which I e-filed through TT; (2) Payment History 2020 did not match Payment History 2021; (3) Capital Loss Carryforward did not transfer properly and had to override. Ended up having to proof and review EVERYTHING. Can't even trust TT to transfer PY info/data. TT seems to be getting worse by the year. I'd rather pay a CPA to do the work, and I used to be a CPA.
