Rated 4 out of 5 by from Better Each Year Although Turbo Tax gets better each year, there are still questions that arise. There are pop ups that explain most things, but I still feel a face to face with a tax preparer might be better next year. Turbp Tax is still better than other online tax sights I have used in the past.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Self Employed Tool Automatically added - I was so upset, the only option to remove the self employed tool was to cancel and redo my full tax return. Turbo Tax really needs to allow this function to be removed at the end. This is ridiculous.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Lots of Difficulties This Year Although the Turbo Tax staff members are great, I was re-routed so many times from person to person trying to access the full service option that I gave up and completed my taxes on my own. Also, there were several internal issues with the site itself and my information was not being saved properly.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax makes my life easier! I appreciate the ease of working with Turbo Tax to file my return each year. The process is very thorough and walks me through each step. In addition, Anthony helped me with an issue on my 2106 Form and stayed with me as I completed filing the tax return. He did a fantastic job and was very pleasant.
