Rated 1 out of 5 by from Turbo tax charged twice to file state returns I paid twice to file my state return cause I didn’t file state and federal together even though I paid for both of them at that time. I had to wait to file state taxes for a specific form and when I was ready to file it charged me a second time. Very disappointed never had this problem before

While the filing instructions were adequate, chatting required a wait, and I personally don't want to talk to anyone over the phone about my taxes. It was very expensive. I feel lucky I actually got a refund to use to pay the fee. Otherwise, I'd have to go another route. TurboTax might consider how much the economy sucks right now when setting fees!
