Rated 2 out of 5 by from No more for me Not the TurboTax I started with many years ago. Much less user friendly, difficult to import info and poor explanations of problems. My BAC discount was not applied and the price goes up every year. I feel that unless you buy the SUPER Premium version, you get booted to the curb. Definitely the last time for me.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This was by far the easiest method to file. I am more than happy with the service turbo tax provided. There is one thing I would change that being the 3 companies being combined. It caused a little bit of a problem but I still feel good about using turbo tax.

Entered information on one day and tried to log back in but that screen was locked for the rest of the day; almost quit and went to different service 2. Took me four or five times to get to next screen after reviewing taxes; tried various things until it finally went thru and processed

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax Works Great Step by step questions makes it very easy to complete yourself. Help is helpful. Fees are always a bit high since having to complete yourself but a little bit cheaper than a tax consultant.
