Rated 4 out of 5 by from Easy to use but pay close attention This program is very easy to use with it's step by step instruction. There was a point at the end where it asked me to enter my 1099-G info again and it would not let me continue without it. It doubled my annual income in the system and almost caused me to not get the refund I was supposed to. Luckily, I pay close attention so I was able to fix it once I realized what it had done.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Makes tax filing simpler and faster than DIY! TurboTax's question and answer format, combined with historical data, makes filing straight forward. I like the option to file electronically or in paper. The option for audit protection is a plus.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is pretty easy to use The ladies that helped me on the phone were great. The charges are tricky though. You get charged 40 to use money from your return which I don' t think is fair. Also, you cannot really file for free FYI.
