Rated 2 out of 5 by from Big waste of time I spent about 12 hours total trying to resolve errors once my returns were rejected the first time. Initially it was due to improper scanning of my w2 to turbotax via phone camera, they added another 0 causing a way overestimated return. Between phone and online chat help they never seemed to be able to find a resolution. It turns out I needed to pay for a more premium subscription all along and probably should have easily been resolved from the get go. I have been using Turbotax for the past 7 years without hassle but next year I am truly considering just using a professional to avoid all the time I wasted this year just trying to get my money back.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from PREVIOUS Turbo Tax Online were SO USER FRIENDLY I believe your previous Turbo Tax online software were more better organized/easier/quicker. The side bar menu refund amounts numbers overlapped; therefore it was not easy to read. Furthermore, at the check out I did expect to pay $39 preparation for the Federal return and $39 preparation for the State return which totals $78. But, the additional $44 Premium Services Fee was embedded/added which I did not expect or chose to pay. I just want say that I believe last year's 2021 Turbo Tax Online software did not embed/add additional fees. Other than being sticked with an additional $44 fee charge. I have always been pleased/shared with everyone how much I like the Turbo Tax Online product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awsome Tool I have been using Turbo Tax for several years. I have always found it to be an easy tool to work with. Everything staright forward. And now I like the fact that you can now file for both State and Federal instead of going through as separate tasks - -:)
