Rated 5 out of 5 by from AWESOME! I started to get a little frustrated with an error on my state tax return, about a form that was automatically being generated into my return. Did a bit of research, come to find out ~ wait, I don't need this form, but where in my return is this information being entered? So, I combed through my return over and over, and still could not locate this form in question. Deleted my entire return and started all over again, just to get the same error message-that my state tax is not ready to be filed until form is completed. Decided to give a live expert a try and VIOLA!, problem solved. Thank you, Julie

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Quick and Easy! I was able to do everything online and over the phone, without having to go out of my way to an office. They were prompt with calls and appointments! The process was great and convenient!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Quick and Easy! The process was very easy- even though I had moved and had two W-2s to file and two State Tax returns. Turbotax walked me through the process and even talked to me on the phone to assure me of the process. Each section prompted me with questions to answer to make sure they covered it all and even my W-2 form easily pulled in all the correct information when I entered the code from the W-2. It was nice to input everything in one place and get my Federal and State returns done in one place.
