Rated 5 out of 5 by from Taxes made easy I use turbotax exclusively annually for it's ease of use and accuracy. It's a dummyproof tax return site. And this year, with a more difficult return to submit, the live chat was amazingly helpful. They literally can hold your hand and navigate through all the screens with you. I was impressed with that and my assistant, Michelle. Great job by all!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Glitches get worse every year. Grateful for the years I’ve used TurboTax for free which is why I didn’t mind too much paying $130 this year to do my taxes. But the problem was deleting a zero, which forced me to get live help to get unstuck. Matt was very helpful, but I felt it was a doozy to pay for such a fix and 5 minutes of help.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Never again! I have used turbo tax for 7 years straight. This year was a complete nightmare. Never again! Had to delete information multiple times and re-enter same information to finally get it to work.
