You failed me and I will NEVER use again...I am VERY DISAPPOINTED in your lack of updates for or even concern...about the updating of WI NON RESIDENT return...don't bother...I went to WI DOR website and got the forms and filed on paper....GRRR...SHAME ON YOU.. I want a refund....

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I have used Turbo Tax for a number of years This year's Turbo Tax was via a download and not a CD. Was a little concerned but it opened up like a CD without having to store the CD, so that was cool! I ran into a problem when I went to efile my returns. It redirected me to pay for State. That part was easy. My problem happened when it returned me back to proceed to file. It would not file. I called customer service. We spent over an hour on the phone, very helpful representative but were unable to clear the problem. I had to force close turbo tax just to open it up again. I was able to at least file my federal taxes with no problem. I will try state again one more time. If it does go through, I will mail : ( Maybe you can pay my State? Seriously, there is a disconnect somewhere.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Poor Organization for Business Expenses When entering business expenses, I was not able to properly enter my health insurance premiums under the Schedule C section. I was forced to enter them under "other expenses" and only after I finalized this section (TurboTax made sure to note I could not correct any changes to business expenses after this part) was I able to see the correct section the health insurance premiums should be entered under. Hopefully the IRS will be okay with this. If not I will seek out a different tax software next year

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is very easy I haven`t filled taxes in 15 years . I retired and had no income till 2022 . I was very nervous about doing my taxes myself but Turbo Tax made it very easy .
