Rated 2 out of 5 by from Make it less annoying, and it'll be perfect!! TurboTax is a bit grabby on the registration info. The program needs to update every time it's run, even AFTER the filing deadline. This is the only program I have that requires me to update MacOS. On older systems, every OS update is an opportunity for problems. Other than that, TT works well.

I really appreciate knowing I can trust TurboTax to help me navigate the complexities of filing my taxes with ease and confidence every year. The fact that the system keeps my history and displays the previous years deductions in a given category is extremely helpful. They also know the right questions to ask so they can maximize my return. The ability to message a tax expert before e-filing with any and all questions is a huge plus. Thank you TurboTax team for providing an excellent product and service!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easiest method for preparing your taxes TurboTax provides the cleanest, most straight-forward, and simple to understand process for preparing your taxes no matter how complicated you believe your situation may be. I have been using TT for many, many years and have never had any issues with the program or my returns. Plus, there is an awesome network of help available should you encounter any issues.

I m all about doing it yourself but I help you guys have provided is beyond. I really have no words for what I learned and what you all have helped me accomplish. Keep up the greatness. Ill be using you guys for life.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax works well but a few improvements needed The walk me through it feature is really nice if you don't know exactly which forms pertain to you. It would be nice if the user could be returned to the next selection after filling out a particular section; having to scroll down each time is time consuming. The calculator would not past to an active window this year; it worked well in years past.
