Rated 5 out of 5 by from 1st time user I used TaxAct for so many years and every year the price kept going up and up. This year I used TurboTax and it was not only less money it was arguably better software. So far I'm very happy with my decision.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Technical Issues in 2021 I experienced multiple technical issues using the Turbo Tax 2021 version. I have never experienced issues in years prior, but I did this year. I even asked to speak with an expert. I waited for 35 minutes for a call back. The "expert" called back and immediately put me on hold. I was on hold for over 25 minutes - when I eventually hung up the call. NOT OK!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from So much better than other programs I started doing my taxes with another program. Then switched to TurboTax and it was more straight forward, filing fee was less, refund higher and amount paid to state was lower. I'm sold.
