Rated 2 out of 5 by from a For some reason I've never gotten a return over 1k, no matter how much more I make each year, with TurboTax. It's always give or take $50 within the same return. It's convenient, but I get more when going to other places and the fact that my average return doesn't change with a 40k total income difference, seems suspicious.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax can handle non-standard issues! We upgraded to the second tier option when having issues around an RMD >Rollover> due to change in 2020 tax code. Great service and help from Charles! So knowledgable and flexible to help us with this.
