Rated 3 out of 5 by from Seemingly Simple with a Snag The Turbo Tax Home & Business was fairly easy to navigate but one con is that an error message kept turning up that I was unable to correct without contacting a representative. The issue, a snag in the software which linked an unnecessary worksheet to my 1040, was resolved after speaking with two separate representatives and taking an hour of my time.
