Rated 3 out of 5 by from Start to finish did a 180 At first taxes were going easy and fast thanks to importing and snapping a picture of your W2. I am disappointed that they do not have my bank under seach but that's a small inconvenience. It is frustrating to have to upgrade because of a summer class. I recently experienced a house fire and need every penny I can get. Not only was I forced to upgrade to get my refund but they added two unexpected fees taking over double what they originally said.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from First Time User This was our first time not using a service. We have always been a bit intimidated since my wife is self employed. But TurboTax helped us through and made it easy to understand. Its much cheaper than a tax service as well. Thank you!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Will never use again My return got rejected because someone fraudulently claimed my dependant before I could. Turbo tax doesn’t have anyone to help clear this up. I can’t even talk to a live person. Waste of money
