Rated 1 out of 5 by from Awful. Don't use for multi school districts in OH I've used TurboTax for 20 years+, the software is declining in capabilities. Ohio pays school taxes by district numbers. The software is incapable of handing multiple districts. It simply doesn't copy information down from Federal to State Returns if multiple districts are on the W2s. Only one district is copied. I utilized live support. No resolution. My family moved in July and paid tax to two districts. People move as part of life. For the cost of the software, I would expect basic functionality to work. No, you can't just add another district to the State return...because it doesn't allow you to enter the amount you paid to the new district. So it's a partial solution...that is total nonsense. Live Support provided me a 20% discount code to use. Not enough given the hassle. Furthermore, you have to look for the option to enter the discount code because of the upsell offers are shoved in your face. The collection of more personal information as part of submitting a review....nonsense.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Quick, but no way to go back easily. I had no due, but I filled in a section that was recommended for review and put in my income thinking that was what it was for and could not reverse it. They offered free chat for one time to help. No one answered.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great helper Just one day before Tax Return deadline, I approached the Income Tax return agents who are inside Wallmart locations,(J.H) and they mentioned that I may need to get an extension for my Income Tax return and they would charge $80.00 Dollars to fill up that form for me. Later, the same person instructed a second agent to give me quote and see how much they would charge me for itemized deductions in my Tax return; It was too much...($471.00) and just decided to do it myself through Turbo Tax. What a relief!! Thanks.
