Rated 4 out of 5 by from Solid Performing Package that can use a few tweaks I have been using Turbo Tax for close to 20 years. It was slower this year as it appeared to syncing with the cloud. This got a little frustrating at times. Please look at add notes to the Charitable deductions section to store information like check numbers, payment method and dates for each deduction. This can be one field so that this information does not need to be kept in a separate file. The guidance TurboTax provided for the 1099-K I got from Paypal for selling a few used items can be improved. Spent an hour scouring the web for information and a method. Solid software program and always have counted on it to work the forms.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax is as easy as it can get Every year it becomes more intuitive and streamlined. I love that it saves all your info from previous years and that it fills the forms with info gotten from your employer. You just have to check. I also love that you pay with your refund and it pays the refund back to your account. Very practical. I earn approx 200k, and when I paid a CPA to do my taxes I didn't get a much larger refund, I did pay more though.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Corrupt files made me have to redo taxes 3 times I had to redo my taxes 3 times due to corrupted files, no way to fix them and no help online or by phone. I also had to pay twice to submit my return.....
