Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not such a great time I was stuck in a loop with no way out after accidentally inputting that I had a 1095 A when in fact I did not. I went back to remove it, which I thought I had but found that it would not let me move forward to e file until I fixed the error. Tried many times but could not. I was unable to talk with anyone since it wasnt between the hours of 9 to 5 Mon-friday. So much for there being 24/7. A computer can only help with so much.

I went to sign in and it required the code which I had thrown away because I had already installed. Took THREE hours and TWO supervisors to get it back. Now I CANNOT pay by credit card and is only ALLOWING to deduct from return FOR FORTY-FIVE dollars!!!! OF COURSE NO LIVE PERSON BECAUSE IT IS SUNDAY. I followed directions NOT to pay the 45 dollars... BUT it just saves my return.. and NOTHING! I bought from Costco and knew I had to pay a bit extra for state.. BUT I do not want to pay ANOTHER $45!!! I might as well do it with a live person.. 64 plus 25 plus 45 is 134!!!!! LOUSY EXPERIENCE!! The people were nice even though I was put on hold for THREE HOURS!!!

It is always up to date and goes over everything, without missing anything - but not going into unnecessary steps. Overall, this ends up making the process of filing go very well and get completely taken care of readily. I can't think of a better way to do it.
