Rated 3 out of 5 by from BUSINESS REVIEW COULD BE BETTER. NEEDS TO BE ABLE TO IMPORT BROKERAGE ACCOUNTS LIKE PERSONAL PRODUCTS. SHOULD PRINT REQUIED MAILING WITH PAGE BREAKS ON EACH FORM.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Fees and Clarity I think you should mention the RPS fee at the beginning of the process. All fees in general should be said up front even if they are not used. I was upset to find out that I had to pay an additional $40 to get my money via direct deposit. You also shouldn't prompt people to buy the upgraded service. If your system is smart enough to file my taxes then it should also be smart enough to determine if I NEED to pay for extra services. Your fees suck, bottom line, and they need to be more upfront

Rated 2 out of 5 by from It was impressively easy but too shiesty The interface was great, a very smooth process. Except that they didn't flag that I didn't have my health insurance coverage completed. But what I didn't appreciate was that it was promised to be free, and I was then subsequently told that I couldn't file any 1099s with the free version, and that I had to go from $0 to $180, which is a big jump. Would not recommend.
