Rated 4 out of 5 by from It works I filed Fed and State in less than an hour. Only small complaint is that I had to enter my name and Health insurance info multiple times. Why make me type it out over and over again? Other than that it's fine.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Waste of Money I have used turbotax for I don't know how many years, and the price continues to go up with ease of filing and customer service going down (once talking to someone I get good service). There is absolutely no point to this product when I can have a tax professional do it for a similar cost and spend less time/effort filing. The crypto filing was incredibly difficult with the system not accepting the same transactions that I would have to delete then input the same thing to eliminate error codes. Then I would receive an offer to spend even more money to upgrade, and it would constantly prompt me to upgrade over and over again.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from n/a Functionality is fine and it makes it easier and quicker than doing by hand, but too expensive. I don't make much money, but apparently had to pay half of what my refund would be to file through TurboTax, which it doesn't tell you until everything is entered and done. Next year I'll make sure to have enough time to file by hand, this wasn't worth it and I wouldn't use it if not for having so little time. Also, beware of the extra charge that gets snuck in with the option of taking the payment out of your refund.
