Rated 2 out of 5 by from Inaccurate in 2021 return Last year, 2021 return, Turbo Tax said we have a refund of roughly $3,000. Instead, we owed money. Almost 1,000. Never heard anything back. No corrections.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Not as good as previous versions I receive my tax documents from December through March of the following year and I enter them as I receive them. Previous versions of Turbo Tax had a drop down menu of forms that you could use to go directly where you needed to be to enter the data on hand, without having to go through the whole process inorder to enter the information. Don't really like the way it is now. It takes more time.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from It should be easier to only file federal I was happy with everything except not being allowed to unclick the state taxes when checking out. I originally said I did not want to file state taxes. I thought it was cleared. When I put my credit card information in, it automatically charged for both. That is annoying as I did not want to pay the extra $59 for something that takes 15 minutes by myself as I have done every other year.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Real disappointed this year. The update process crashed and it took almost 4 hours on the phone with technical support to get it fixed. No way to make adjustments to next year expected withholding to calculate next year estimate payments.
