Rated 3 out of 5 by from TurboTax wasn't quite as turbo as I would like the In the beginning it felt like it was great but by the end it wouldn't process it took forever I pressed the online chat 100 times couldn't get that to work after like 3 hours later finally got it processed how to sign up for a savings account I really didn't want but at least they're filed

All in all my experience was smooth...I did encounter one unclear issue which was how to claim my Long Term Care Insurance premium on my NYS return without itemizing my Federal Return. Although the issue was ultimately resolved by posting the question on Turbo Tax this needs to be addressed and made clear for future use.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is easy Turbo Tax made it easy to do our taxes. I did not have to do them all in one step and can take as many sessions as I need to. Turbo Tax clearly explained what everything means, all my options, and all of my credits.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Easy filing process/a bit pricy I enjoyed uploading all my documents in and making the process quicker. As years have went by with using Turbo Tax, it has gotten more expensive(not just because I have earned more money). The process only took 34 minutes to complete.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is stress reliever. Every year I stress before April 15th. Not sure why because after I found Turbo Tax it has been easy. Easy to follow the instructions and even easier each year. It seems like they change the tax laws every year and it is hard to keep track, TurboTax does that for me.
