Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is NOT Friendly My experience was good except I have the same issue year after year. I usually purchase the CD version and it has always been almost impossible to be able to withdraw the information from the previous year saved in my computer as a PDF file which is the only option given to save. I'm really TIRED of the same old issue every year. Most certainly, I will use a different tax software next year

Rated 3 out of 5 by from State file fee should be included with purchase I am disappointed that I paid extra at the time of purchase for the state fee and it turns out to have no reduction in cost to get your state taxes filed. I still have to pay $25 to file the tax return for the state. I feel like I have been had. You should include the state file fee in the entire purchase price without expecting to pay more. Very inconvenient!!!!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Could not enter my Premier License Code We bought Premier version from Costco. It included a CD, but my computer cannot use it. The directions said to go on-line to access and download Turbotax. I did, and completed my filings. But I was never directed to enter the 16 digit License Code, and therefore paid an extra $178 to e-file my returns. The Turbotax help line and site were no help. Similar comments were entered by many others. I want a refund for the CD I purchased from Costco.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not a good experience this time For the first time ever, my tax returns got rejected. This was because there was a duplicate entry of a 1099INT. I thought this would be something TurboTax should have caught before it was to leave my computer, yet I was slapped with $129.00 fee to come out of my already measly state refund. Lo and behold my return got rejected a 2nd time! This time because my IP PIN was missing. I wasn't asked if I was issued one, I don't know that it gets cleared and would need to be reentered I would have hoped the TurboTax person would know. Yet I had to pay $129.00.
