Rated 3 out of 5 by from TurboTax program good, not great I've been using Turbo products for about 20 years, the switch to online has been great but this year the program works to hard to force 'input from financial institution' and when I went for it the program completely got the document wrong. Once I was done the program got stuck in a loop of 'finish your state' and 'review state' that took several tries to break out of. I did speak with a rep who was very helpful at one point but the struggle to get to her through the program & phone system was a bit rough.

How about you let me select what I want, if i feel like i need to change your product, or you notice something that would require an upgrade. Just tell me

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Harder to work with this year considering a change This year, eBay sent out a 1099-K for the first time. Your forms treated this as additional income, not part of our Schedule C income. It made a loop that I could not get out of. I just gave up and moved on to file. Also, the filing review said that my TD Ameritrade "interest" was not reported, so I entered that again, and guess what - the amount declared on the tax form doubled! It made only a small difference in what I owed, so I blew it off. Not pleased this year. Too much service upgrade advertising too.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Thank God for Turbo Tax! It's a relief to have a service like Turbo Tax! My only reason for a 4 star, is that when I was about to be done, it said I had to pay for an upgrade because I qualified for "Lifetime Learner." While I had put in my education information, I hadn't qualified for a tax break. Therefore, I was perplexed. A google search let me know that if I deleted my education information, which it said was optional to input, I wouldn't have to pay for the upgrade. This worked!! I loved how easy and user friendly the service was, I just wished they hadn't tried to make me pay for an upgrade I didn't need to.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax poor customer service Very disappointed in the way to choose for deluxe I did not want it and when i called you I was told the only way to file for free was to go to the first and reenter all my data. Very poor customer service but of course goof for YOU.
