Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax Premier was good but not perfect Because I have an LLC, the tax code allows me to deduct the health insurance premiums on Schedule 1....except that TT Premier did NOT take me through that discussion in the Step by Step format. I had to override the entry box to be able to add the insurance premiums in, and then guess what, TT suddenly wanted to help me through that deduction.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is worth your time! Turbo Tax allows me to start my taxes and locate the information needed as I go along. I've used this service for many years and can't express how much I love their format. It's great to have TT looking over your shoulder & constantly reminding you of Tax breaks, requirements & new taxing laws or updates from previous years forward. I sure wish that more companies partnered with TT and offered more discounts for going thru them as in previous years, that's what got me onboard, that and my accountant years back that recommended Turbo Tax above all other programs.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is just ok More complicated than in previous years. Wanted to view & print my return before filing. This was more complicated than previous years. Some of the uploading didn't work. My recommendation Keep it simple.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from More than doubled in price? Been using Turbotax for years and I think this is my last time. I am tired of getting halfway through only to find out my federal return requires DELUXE and apparently my state does too, all because I had one simple change. So an easy tax return filing turns into a $100+ charge? It never used to be so high- I think last year I paid $70 or so. I do believe that the state was separate and didn't always require a second $60 charge. This is what I get for procrastinating I guess.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from over marketing 1) There was a loop that I could not get out of - always reviewing, wanted it to go to the next step. 2) Also TT was always trying to sell services and products. I would pay $10.00 more to not have you constantly market me. Leave it as an option at the end - or notify everyone at the start that there will be an option for you to market additional services. You are already being paid very well for your service.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Finishing was more difficult than last year. I have used Turbo Tax for more than 10 years and it works well. But this year I had to back tract through more steps to add data or correct data. Correcting a date error in final run was frustrating.
